Again you have given no information to look into the issue for you.

Your website directory is correct because it is an odd one.

My website is ISS and my directory is a root C: drive directory on the computer that runs the website so it ends up being where the root website is stored...

S working_dir:C:\inetpub\wwwroot\gicons\

I am not sure what yours is.

In your un posted gameserver.opt you should have something like this...

S game.url_list:guild_icon_upload.ip|10.71.1.2|guild_icon_upload.port|4615|guild_test_download.url|upload/|web_download|10.71.1.2:5000|shop.url|http://10.71.1.2/item_shop/|ghelp_url|http://10.71.1.2/help/index.html

You can not use 0.0.0.0 in that context, 0.0.0.0 is used in programs/hardware to tell said program/hardware to listen for connects on ALL available network devices. (e.g. 127.0.0.1 [loopback], ***.***.***.*** [eternal ip], 192.178.1.1 [router ip] etc..) try using your external ip in place of 0.0.0.0

I guess I just don't understand your directory it is definitely not ISS and if you want to keep it a secret then I guess you will have to fix this yourself.

yup i use iis

On ISS your working directory should be...

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\gicons

Check your C: drive for the inetpub folder for the website.

In IIS you can set any site to use any directory by configuring it's 'Virtual Directories' in IIS Manager.

NVM I just answered my own question and it is the root of the website.

So the only thing I can think of is he has one of the ports tied up.

EDIT: If you are using the auth emulator it uses some of the same ports for the mini web server.

You need to either comment out the lines for the guild icons ports and addresses in the auth emulator lines or start the upload server before auth to tie up the ports.

EDIT: The auth emu has a default upload set up so commenting out the lines in the opt probably will not even work, but I know for sure starting the upload server first ties up the ports for upload server and works.

man i change the root to

and i tried to open upload before auth still no working
