INT's only save up to 21473M JP, i changed it to BIGINT then everything worked fine. (Thanks to Xijezu)

your skillbars are losings setting by using N:game.cash_usable_server:1 at 0 are skill bar slots settings save and loadit or you use a GM/DEV perfix with [] = [DEV] / [GM].
The player settings are save in rappelz_v1.opt and there it use [Charname] to save you settings but when your use a perfix with [] the game save it but cant load from file.

i use for GM/DEV/MOD perfix {} and it give noproblems.

There should be an opt setting that sets the WH limit.
