Basically you just need a file name hasher. A lot of the client dumpers have a name to hash or hash to name utility built in.
The most recent grimoire release from SilentWisdom makes client updating nice and easy...
I am pretty sure you have windows notepad at least to make a blank text file.

Hello everyone,
i recently found that local_flag should be explained for some purposes i want to try.
gameserver.opt holds local_flag (duuh), we know '4' and '0' are english.
but what if i wanted to run 2 servers (different from each other), but using the same npcresource (with different) npc's on the field.
npcresource has local_flag, so i supposedly take it as that it is possible with local_flag.
my question goes :
how does local_flag in gameserver.opt co-respond with local_flag in arcadia.dbo.npcresource?, and how do i enable certain npc's on one server, and be 'not visible' on the other server. (using same resources).

gameserver.opt S:game.local_flag is effectively stating the locale of the gameserver being operated.
0 is actually locale independent (will always show regardless of gs local_flag)
You can not use to local flags in this context because the gs will only ever understand a single flag being defined. So you can either match your flags: gs local = 4 and npc local = 4 or you can set npc local = 0 and also achieve the desired result.

for your notice, this is the help thread ^^.
so basicly, if i set my (gameserver.opt Local_flag:1001) and i make all npc's a duplicate (for 1001) in theory it would work on server A, where it wouldent show on server B, correct?
if so, what are the following issues upon that will occur when i try so?

From the "How To" guide.
Game server set at 1001 I am guessing "Locale_info file not found" errors.
If you are going to do 2 different ones I think the client is going to have to match the two that you try to do also.
Like if you want both English try Rappelz US set at local_flag 4, and Rappelz PH not sure which one that is for local flag but I would hazard a guess at either 512 or 1024?

I have a probleme with my Pserver:
_ I can't open a shop of forgeron, for buy upgrade weapons and armors +21 +22...
_ When up my stuff with cube, my stuff break i repare and he lost a enchement
Exemple: I up my stuff lvl 10+12 for +13, my stuff break for +14. I repare and my stuff is lvl 10+3..

Anyone found the rightValues to hex the Gameserver, so pets gains exp after 170?
Atm i just found the level limit (my pet can be leveled through command over 170, but still get's no exp)

I think c1ph3r explained how to do it in the 8.1 herlock he released, but I think he deleted the thread before confusion when the 9.1 game server came out, because I have not been able to find it.
Maybe Google cache has reference to it still.

For your first issue I am not sure what you mean.
