Well it is trying to run the clear state smp and insert state smp on a character and pet somewhere and for some reason the database can not complete those queries and is timing out.
States are buffs
I am not sure why the update item smp is also having an issue executing but it may be related to these buffs that your creatures and characters have.
Did you empty out the original telecaster before you started or use smokes clean one? Cause you will have to do one or the other.
I have a noob idea but it could be a good & new way to get your pets buffed with out any items or going to an NPC.
I was thinking If its possible to add / customize a skill, like when you use the summon creature skill it summons your pet and buff it up.
Let me know if its possible to get it working.

WTF is Tartarus Dungeon?
I have googel for it and the only what i have found is the Pit of Tartarus and this is a costum Dungeon by Team Hyperion and it is a copy from Helloween Wonderland.
i pretty much made a costum dungeon with mobs/boss but i want to make it with intances so only party members can get in the same dungeon and i cant find a way to do it
you need to create your or update the chanel ( left=min_x right=max_x top=max_y bottom=min_y = full area coordinates of your instance ) and instance dungeon :
instance dungeon : x & y are the spawn character position an start instance position ;
instancedungeontype : the settings and script contact of your instance;
InstanceDungeonMonsterRespawnResource : the full monster respawn for your instance ( left top right bottom are coordinates of all the spawns areas : rooms and coridor , left=min_x right=max_x top=max_y bottom=min_y );
NPCResource for your npc for enter in your instance.
FieldPropResource : your instance leave doors
lua's :
ETC_dungeon_prop : script for instancedungeontype and field prop (leave doors ) script
NPC_dungeon : npc for enter into your instance
Good luck for this , it's not an small work but not really hard , the big part is the monster respawn, don't create the chanel and instance before the out doors , check all coordinates create spawn and doors and after the chanel and instance .

after , you can create script on dead for your mobs boss , quests and other tips but this is an really big hard work and i dont have the full knowledges and the time to work for this.

in sql management , your password is loza129 (non crypted);
if you use official princess aurora , i think it need crypted password only else,
with auth emu by Glandu2, auth/common.opt need clear OR crypted password in the good entry;
game.opt need only crypted password.
