Über mich:
Mein Name ist Justin, ich bin 17 Jahre alt und beende das 18. Lebensjahr im November diesen Jahres.
Ich besuche momentan ein Berliner Gymnasium und verbringe meine Freizeit öfters am Pc, bevorzugt hier im Forum Elitepvpers.
Dabei versuche ich den Usern eine Hilfe zu sein, indem ich Regelverstöße melde und die Sektion sauber halte.
Gründe für die Bewerbung:
Oftmals muss ich ansehen wie Viren gepostet werden, die vor allem morgens den Tag lang über bestehen bleiben, ohne dass ein Mod da wäre um genau diese zu löschen. Unerfahrene User werden so leichte Opfer der Viren, was ich natürlich verhindern will.
Auch Spam ist ein oft vorkommendes Problem.
Da ich Täglich viel Zeit habe und auch Mobil auf EPvP bin, kann ich diese dann direkt löschen bzw. verwarnen anstatt nur zu reporten, wie ich es sonst tue.
Erfahrung in der Browsergames Section:
Ich spiele seit 6 Jahren aktiv viele Browsergames, bevorzugt DarkOrbit, und kenne mich so in dem Gebiet gut aus.
In den Hauptbereichen DarkOrbit und DragonCity habe ich genug Erfahrung und für den Seafight Bereich reicht mein Allgemeinwissen, um nicht erlaubte Aktivitäten zu erkennen.
Auch im Erkennen von Viren habe ich genug Erfahrung gesammelt, um diese schnell zu durchschauen und zu reporten bzw. dann zu löschen.
Bist du psychisch geeignet für die Tätigkeit?
Hier kann ich ein klares Ja von mir geben, wobei ich natürlich, wie jeder andere, auch nicht perfekt bin und meine kleinen Problemchen haben.
Jedoch liegen diese nicht im Umgang mit anderen Menschen, da ich eine ruhige und nette Persönlichkeit bin und so auch von Personen in meinem Umfeld beschrieben werde.
Auch mit dümmlich wirkenden Fragen werde ich tagtäglich bombardiert und habe gelernt damit sachgerecht umzugehen.
Moderator-Erfahrung:
Ich war bereits Moderator in etlichen Foren, da ich das helfen anderer Personen schon früher als angenehm wahrnahm.
Eines dieser Foren war auf EPvP ähnlicher Basis aufgebaut und hatte nach kurzer Zeit eine recht hohe Userzahl.
In solch einem frischen Forum war es eine Herausforderung dies sauber zu halten und eine schöne Erinnerung bis heute.
Englische Sprachkenntnis?
Meine Kenntnisse in der englischen Sprache sind nicht perfekt oder gar in der Nähe davon, aber sie reichen um mit anderen Membern zu kommunizieren und sich ohne Probleme auszutauschen.

During this time, I try to help users, by reporting rule violations to keep the section clean.
Why do I apply:
Often I need to see, that somebody posts a virus and mostly they stand the half day, while no moderator is online to delete it. New users or users who don't often visit the board, can get infected by one of these virus, what I want to prevent.
Spamming is also a often occuring problem.
Because I have much time each day and I'm also online with my mobile phone, I can directly delete them, or warn them, instead of reporting them, what I'm doing for now.
Experience in the Browsergames Section:
I'm playing browsergames since 6 years, DarkOrbit preferred, so I know very much about them.
In the main areas DarkOrbit and DragonCity I gathered much experience. For the SeaFight section, I'd say my actual knowledge is enough to recognize rule violations.
Also in identifying virus I gathered much experience, to recognize them fast and report them, or delete them as moderator.
Am I mentally suitable for this job:
I can give a clear yes by me, but I'm, like every other person, not perfect and have my little problems.
But they're not in handling with other people, because I'm a quite and nice person as people in my sourroundings tell me.
Even with not that smart questions, which I get everyday, I learned to handle them.
Moderative experience:
I already was moderator in a bunch of boards, because I really like helping other persons.
One of them was a EPvP similar board, which got many users in a short time.
At a new board like that one it was very difficult to keep it clean but it was a good experience.
Different languages:
My knowledge of the english language is not perfekt, or even near of it, but they're enough to communicate with other members.

You are active in the section, active in reporting posts (such violations, much reports, wow) and experienced with the topic. You are a member of the Guardians group and have a clean infraction record. Very good, very. Good luck with your application.
To begin, you application is good and very thought out. I reviewed your recent posts, and I must admit you're doing just a fine job so far. The only minor problem I can see is that you post #closerequest & things like that. It's not a problem, but it's easier just to report it first and let a moderator close it.

I'm not only writing #closerequest. I always add a reason so the users can learn from their mistakes.
Also I'm doing such posts quite rarely compared to my reports.

Every thread which I reported got deleted. That's why you can't see it anymore. Still it takes too much time until a mod deletes it and that's the reason why I want to help by applying for the moderator job.
Sieht gut aus in der Deutsch Version, sind zwar 1-2 kleine Fehler von Rechtschreibung aber wirklich nichts Gravierendes oder etwas was ohne genaueres Hinsehen auffällt.

Actually this section needs more time cooperating moderators.
For now every mod does the reports at the same time, so one does everything and the rest of the team is bored.
This is also a reason why we both apply as moderator.
Only thread with malware get deleted.. and I dont think that you report only thread with malware..?
I mean the malware threads. Every of them got deleted after I reported them so he isn't able to see them.
Of course these #closerequest post are stille visible for everyone.
Actually this section needs more time cooperating moderators.
Do you really thing that we just do reports? For example in the seafight section there arent really reports. In the facebook section also only few things get reported.
So I stay on my opinion, that we dont need help.(And this isnt only my opinion^^)
If a position is needed to balance work in the section, your application will most likely be reviewed. Otherwise, it is good to let the staff know your interest for when a position opens. As a guardian, your current responsibility is to report problematic posts. It is good that you are doing that, so keep it up. Moderators of the section, it is your job to process those reports and manage any difficulties that arise in the section. None of this "we don't need help" business, it is your responsibility to accept that help from the Guardians.
