Hi thephilz, first off I'd like to thank you for a wonderful program. I was quite happy to donate.

I seem to be having a problem with the program lately. I'm doing my record and it seems to go okay, but when I hit playback, it goes out of sync almost immediately, what the bot does looks almost nothing like what I had it do and this is really confusing me.

In addition, every time I start recording, auto-spin start working but I have to hit C twice to get the guns firing. I really have no clue what's going on. I don't know if it's 5.0x or the fact that now I'm trying to use 1,2,3 to keep shields up and finish the missions. First happened on Ezram defense, now on Sullust. I had a really good one of Ezram and like 1/10 fails then I turned off my computer and tried again the next day and everything was just completely buggered, it wouldn't win a single mission and I haven't been able to get it to work since :/

I can't give a lot of details becuase I didn't really keep track of when I changed to 5.0 and 5.0x. But basically, the recordings are completely off and I don't know why...even new recordings are wrong.

You're supposed to be running 800x600 windowed mode... Look over the vids that the OP has posted up on his first post.. it explains all the initial config info

Gibt es ein ausführliches Tut für UntzBot. Die Videos und Bilder sind zwar nett - sagen mir aber nicht was UntzBot gerade von mir möchte.

Und DeathCheck moniert das login-4.bmp fehlt. Die Forumsuche brachte dazu auch keine Lösung.

sicher dass du die letzte version hast? also die 50x? da sollten nämlich alle bmps mit drin sein.

Kann dich aber auch beruhigen, so richtig funktionieren tut er bei mir auch nicht. er startet mittlerweile zwar die missionen. aber danach hab ich entweder das problem, dass er das gewisse objekt was er sucht net findet, und somit die mission net startet, oder dass er einfach nur failt... und dabei hab ich sogar dafür bezahlt... liegt aber sicher größtenteils an mir, dass ich zu dumm zum botten bin

Ich habs noch nicht aufgegeben.... aber kann mir wer sagen, was ich machen kann, damit mein pc dieses Startobjekt findet? Hab schon versucht grafik auf high, auf low und was man halt alles machen kann.. er startet mir gewisse missions einfach nicht. polith z.b. startert er mir NIE!

Anyone else having issues with imperial28 missions ? The escort one fails most of the time and the other one doesn't even start because it doesn't click on the icon to start it. I'm stuck at level29 forever

I am running fine on imperial28. Did you upgrade your ship with all available stuff? I am level 29 too!

Also deine Mission startet und er findet das Startobjekt nicht. Bei mir hat das aktivieren von Bloom geholfen. Allerdings gab es bei der Polith Mission ein paar Probleme. Versuch mal bei dieser Mission Timsync zu aktivieren. Das Eventsync scheint bei Polith nicht richtig zu funzen.

They patched today. Space missions were included in the patch. I noticed quicker load times. I also noticed that the syncs are way off now for me.

Yeah i did, but the lvl28 mission is an escort so my upgrades don't matter too much, if you miss a turret or two the shuttle gets destroyed and the mission fails, while i can't run the other mission because it doesn't click on it. Can you run Imperial28Ezran ?

It seems something has changed with these maps. Not sure what exactly, its almost as if the map was shifted one way or another. Phil, your event scripts worked perfectly for me, but now these maps don't any longer. Just wanted to let you know

Im getting same on all lvl 28 missions. They either dont match the image or it just says waiting for timer all way thru the mission. I tried creating my own timers but that didnt work either.

with timer sync, its been observed that different computers have different times for the timer at different points in the mission - which obviously means there is no 'one timer fits all' solution

with that said, i will attempt to include a full image of WHEN the timer is SUPPOSED to go off, and you can try to match it to that - this seems like the best option really

also, im thinking of adding a 'sleep sync' as a third option
this is based from the log.txt data - it has been seen that there is a 'high' (but not definite) correlation between loading times and success, like if it is higher than X then it 'will probably' fail, and vise versa
with this in mind, sleep sync will simply sleep for the amount of time specified, then just go
im thinking of making a static '20000 ms' delay for both recording and playback, or 15000 (just to dodge the ice mission rocks) but its open for discussion, considering that different computers load at different times, as you know

So far Ive noticed that Bloom has to be enabled in the graphic settings for timer sync to work. even then it seems hit and miss. The event sync seems to work but the recordings are hit and miss.

Republic llanic lvl 28 works. BUT.... I did change the image sync. I noticed that by default it was looking for a ship from right, dunno if it was menat to be the enemy cruiser that appears in the middle. Anyway I changed it to the friendly cruiser that appears on left side at start and used the engine yellow as the bmp image.

There are some great videos at page 1 of this thread to help you create your own images.

like you all know, 1.2 broke the loading times, and now the 'more recent' patch fixed them again, which practically means everything 5.0+ is useless, again
also, the level 28 escort mission 'green moon' has changed color (i think) and also shifted in terms of timing to be much later than usual

what this means is now i have to spend, once again, time deleting all the 'newer and now useless' recordings and repeating it all again

for now ill just rush job event+time recordings for the 'quick leveling' route

5.0x should still work for now, its just new recordings that need to be added
