9.5.2 KiteKat repack

Hi there, comrades. I've been here a while and did a lot of testings. Figured out some things. And struggled with problems a lot. Based on my experience, I helped to people to set up their servers. So, well, let's get closer to the point. I decided to make a working repack based on latest 9.5.2 files. So new people in this community wouldn't struggle as much as I did.

Small clarification: I don't need these files, nor you probably need them. All this things went to educational purpose and to help newbies. I am building source-based server, I do not need any of these binaries which constantly talking to galalab servers and most likely has galalab backdoor inside (never checked, but ZONE ( @ ) probably did and can tell if this is the truth). The coordinator backdoor. So I have my own files which I have full control of. Means this release is only for community.


So, well, why choose this "Repack" over the others?

It's aimed to full one-click. You don't need to fix/adjust things, just restore database, add your user, change opt and run. Also here were added some QoL things inside by me.
Repack is entirely based on the files released by Revolution team and reuploaded by @

Why even use that? Well, give reason by yourself. I don't care, honestly. Don't use if you don't want to

Would appreciate if you would find/report any bugs. Not sure, if I would fix them, but probably I will.

But don't ask me about guides or any other similar to "guides" things regarding this repack. I wrote here kind of "documentation/guide". So if you don't understand it or simply didn't read/can't read, then your retardness is none of my concern, sorry.


So, the description


ENVs list:
game.premium_for_everybody - if set to 1, then HV pass will not be required
game.antiweaponswap - if set to 1, then will be lua protection against weapon swap
game.devildom_no_req - if set to 1, then no devildom requirements (you can join at any level without quests)

Lua additional things:
set_debug(0/1) - Activate additional "debug" mode (Actual flag)
debug_notice( notice_string ) - Checks if you have debug flag and outputs provided string as private notice if you have. Easy to debug to not annoy players
is_in_form( location_name ) - checks if you are in predefined location. It has to be dots of any form (circle / square / star / etc). You need to predefine it point by point
levelupmypets( form_slot ) - levels up creature in specific slot and evolves it
full_creature_levelup( slot ) - Completely levelup creature and autoevolve
server_variables() - Outputs server ENV variables in dlg_general
get_character_info( characterName ) - Outputs info about character in the chat. If no character provided, outputs info about yourself





Additional views to make it comfortable to work with
(Check Arcadia database views)

Removed "gmtool" and "coordinator" procedures which possible could be used via some herlock galalab backdoors

Moved BILLING + ArcadiaInfo databases to Telecaster. Now you don't need these 2 databases anymore, everything is being handled directly in Telecaster

Increased gold limit to 10T, increased creatures levelcap and exp gain


How to use?
1) Download the repack, obviously
2) Restore databases from "Backups" directory
3) Add your user to these databases
4) Change credentials and io.ip_address in the gameserver opt. To encrypt password, use DESUtil.exe in the repack root directory.
5) Drag&drop .opt file to the window of opened RappelzCompress_v2.exe
6) Start auth server (Auth_bin/rzauth.exe) (auth don't need to be compressed, leave it .opt)
7) [Optional] start Log server: Log_bin/LogServer.exe If you don't need it, then set logging to 0 in gameserver.opt
8) [Optional] Chat chat log server: LogChat_bin/ChattingLogServer.exe If you don't need it, then set chat logging to 0 in gameserver.opt
9) Start CaptainHerlock executable in Game_bin. Here are 2 binaries: original one and modified one. Modified produced by sapir619 (check credits section) and has increased some limits, but I don't know if it was properly tested.
10) Start the game: GameClient/KITEKAT_LAUNCHER.bat

I'm probably doing something wrong because i doesn't let auth on the client (i followed your steps and the one in the how to make a 9.5.2 server from @ but no matter what i cannot log in) also nice log screen i love cats.

The Coordinator is not a backdoor; it’s a legacy feature originally implemented in earlier versions to manage the large number of servers they had. The functionality likely dates back to Epic 5 but was later deprecated and remains inactive by default. It only becomes operational if explicitly enabled through the appropriate OPT arguments.

In server binaries prior to Epic 5, there was a feature that allowed the execution of system commands directly through the console or chat(not sure about that chat tho) by prefixing the command with an exclamation mark (!). For example, entering !whoami would execute the corresponding system command on the host machine.

Hi I used your repack but have some trouble.

1 gameserver Connecting to the upload server failed. Check upload server status. IP:127.0.0.1 / PORT:5617

2 i cant connect the client. it always say wrong account or password. i tried it with salt and without.

3 in auth server there is no way to use start_service and set game.open_external 1 because in rzauth.exe you cant type commands in.

I only want to play local on my computer. Please I need help.
