The buffs are probably server buffs in server_init.lua

You can just comment them out for the time being till you want to edit or use them.

double dash -- before any lines in .lua you want to comment out.

hey im looking for a custom client launcher exe. i cant find any that works and im useless on VB does anyone know any current ones that works?

also i was wondering if someone could help me i want to know how to change pet skills. for example there is a private server that has a "blizzard pixie" that has ridiculously high healing skills

If you want a launcher that works for your server you will need to download one of the open source ones and configure it's launch settings for your server address and port and rebuild the output.

If you suck so much at VB that you will not be able to do that, then you will have to release your client with a raw .bat launcher or hire a developer.

You will need to edit the skills in dbo.skillresource and then make a new rdb for the client.

You are using the wrong .bat launch arguments with the wrong client.

US client launches ascii not codepage

All other clients launch codepage and not ascii

So it comes down to what locale client do you have? and what is your .bat launch argument for locale?

If you are using the .bat arguments from the guide then you are launching with an ascii argument and that is why you are getting the error.

Its called an SQL query, you should really learn how to do them if you are going to run an SQL server.

Open your SQL server management studio and connect to your object browser.

Select "New Query" and copy and paste my query from above into the query window, then execute the query and magically you will find the IDs.

Well i did everything you said and found some of the belt ID`s but not the setbelts like rakashi what shell i do now ?
