Hey guys i just created my own rappelz private server for some testing but i have a bit of a problem.. the game textures or how u wanna call it are bugged and i can't see any npc, or any mob. How can i fix that problem?

p.s. i'm very new at this so...

Looks like you are trying to use a 9.1 client when there is no game server available to read that client.

You need to match your client to your version of server files that you are using.

I am not sure what maged11 files are but it should work with anything that runs with the 8.1 server files which is most of the hybrid releases available.

Will work with Royals repack.

Just need to make the experience edits to the summon level resource like it says. I used the same rates for the character levels 171 - 300 just divided by 2 to cut the exp needed per level in half for the creatures.

Ich habe mir den Thread vom NPC erstellen durchgelesen, doch verstehe es nicht, wie ihn ihn in die Datenbank hineinschreiben kann. Wenn mann mir da genauere Informationen dazu geben kann währe es sehr nett.

Hallo, Ich darf doch nochmal stören,
Undzwar kann mir jemand helfen, ich habe die NPC jetzt alle in der Datenbank, aber ich schaffe es net die namen zu ändern, ich weiß es geht mit Navicat lite aber bei mir loggt er sich nicht ein. Wenn mir jemand da helfen könnte währe echt gut.

Without an external coded tool this won't work. You can modify some smps and observing the behaviour by an external tool. This tool has to check you telecaster all the time and has to interact with the smps. If you combine lua + smp + external tool you are able to check summon skill levels...

This is how the random skill feature is working on nemesis...(random skills without relog and these things) The biggest thing you will need doing this was released by raskim who leached the learn_creature_skill syntax :P

Update:
I managed to correct the stupid high exp....so that's a win.
But....all mobs are still red (level number) and all mobs are still lvl 200.
(also still trying to find a way to add boss tames...(unique mobs).

I really am totally out of ideas....any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Well the easiest way to add boss tames is to make sure they are in the dbo.summonresource.

Then add the contact_script for the soul taming system to the dbo.monsterresource

Then add the tamed pet card id = 54000 + taming_id like the rest of the soul pets.

If you are using most of the 8.2 resources at least if not later epics 8.3 and 9.1 you will already have resources for the card images and face icons.

As far as your mobs being all red named and all high leveled you are probably using some private servers resource for the db_monster.rdb or you have it in your dbo.monsterresource.

Check your database and see what you monster resource looks like and if it looks right then make a new rdb of it...just be very careful which rdb writer you use because some of them do not read or write the contact_script column which is crucial for soul taming system as written by Royal to work.

Thanks a lot for the information well, at least now I got a hold of what to be done instead trying random ways and syntaxes in the grey zone
