and the US Client dont use german strings with umlauts

You could try putting the German string resource hashed in the US clients resource folder.

Search in your Telecaster the stored procedure 'dbo.smp_read_max_item_sid'
if it not exist i think you don't use the good Telecaster or you have delete this smp.

Else if this smp exist, your game.opt isn't correctly configured for these settings:

The only difference between inventory items and warehouse items is the account_id is set rather than owner_id owner being char id and when set to 0 and account_id is set its in the warehouse.
