hey i realised my summon resource dbo has no registeration for genie,ifrit and naga. I seen the "Adding naga/ifrit" part in the first page but i get an error telling me about varchar error. Should i go ahead and compile or no?

How how how how how.. Hell.. there's a command for the gameserver.opt, that should be a good hint. Now actually try looking for it in the commands.txt, which is located in your game_bin folder!

make sure it is "spirit_tafari_lv1" and not "spirit_ta fari_lv1"
same for jinni and ifrit
ifrit and jinni can be duplicated, only set id for one to 370x and for the other one 380x (where x = 1 to 3)
this can happen when just copied+pasted from here into sql window
had the same problem

genie works for me now. ifrit seems to be a problem still though. i don't get the "you can't use that skill on this monster" error but rather my character just stands there. @anime: i did check that part out. my worry is the ba sic and g row. is it supposed to belike this?

For some reason your "adding naga" has a bunch of random spaces in it. It took me like 20 minutes figuring out what was wrong xD. Since apparently the spoiler does that you should mention that you have to remove the spaces. Genie worked fine for me though.

And i just realized that even after they both compiled right, none of them work. They both appear as question marks and have no skills or sprites.

Guess the Item heap Size has anything to do with Items and the size of a value, I'll test this command today!

It's unlikely, but could it be possible that increasing the heap size fixes the server crashes with too many items on one character?

close but no Heap Size controls how much memory is freely available to the program.
if you asking about why max items time out thats not opt related
the gameserver.exe was causing a memory allocation error.
currently it is fixed
