Server.dat Issues

Hi Guys.

Im having a few problems, Ive been playing on Qonquer fine for the last 2 months untill the new server group fairy tales came into place. I have my client updated as Qonquer instructed and extracted the zip folder for the patches he provided. Ive had Qonquer working for the past few months and everything was fine untill the new servers came out so Im thinking maybe its a server.dat problem as Qonquer didnt update the server.dat he has on his site. If anyone has Qonquer working and a working server.dat please could you help me out id really like to play again. I have an account already made I just cant login because of this. Where is my hero tsu when I need him

Server1=Qonquer
Ip1=69.41.179.98
ServerName1=Qonquer

Just open your server.dat file with notepad and replace a server you dont use with these values.

For Example if you replace aquarius it would look like this.

Server4=Qonquer
Ip4=69.41.179.98
ServerName4=Qonquer
HintWord4=
Pic4=servericon54

Also, i would like to add that after the Dec 11th patch they added ports to the server.dat file. Your best bet is to have a separate install of qonquer because you can only choose to have one or the other at this point.

SyCo I tried that and it didnt work.
If you can could you put up your server.dat with the Qonquer server ip imbedded in it, itd help so much. Im so confused right now

I have 2 folders one for the Qonquer server and my Real Co2. I copyed and pasted the co2 folder I had and extracted the patches Q intructed into the new folder.
The co2 folder works for co2 and I can play the game fine but when I try to play Qonquer on the other one I cant. Ive never had a problem with this before. When I load up the play.exe and see the Qonquer Symbol the server status is purple, thats why I think maybe its the server.dat

Because when I was playing Qonquer last time it was fully patched and everything was working and as soon as the new servers came out it stopped working.

mayeb you have a too new patch...

anyway, some people say things about closed alpha started so i dont know... can hel you any more on this subject sorry.

awwwwwww is there anything else thats good I can play in the meanwhile other private servers

Nope, I cant log on to QO anymore anyways.
