@fenrir2037 for number 3 there could be a way to do it. If the alliance is checked server side but the lack of one is not, you could invert the non call to make the game think that you are aligned with both lol. I don't know if that will work though, most likely it's verified.

1- Yes, BUT the thing that makes it jump to the cooldown isnt always. For example FH duration, you would edit it to never expire. For windblast, i found where it does the comparing and jumps to the cooldown time, but sadly it does nothing. From what i hear about how one charge Fireball is going to be patched, it seems to be done to windblast...

Here's the main issue, the amount of cooldown time and the durations of the cooldown times are associated with the rank of the skill, even if they do not change from rank to rank that's still part of the skill's rank attribute set. That's why that little bit is checked, because it's encapsulated by that skill rank and assignment that your character has as referenced by the server.
As for patching fireball, there's a lot of methods that can be used to bypass a server check on a skill section such as that, in fact I've written a detailed guide on how the server check process works on another site.

some more ideas

i think some good mods that have been done before but i think arnt around much anymore is activating/disabling .dll edits while playing
(eg. lostmages ijl15)
-make new working summon capsules tho this may be server checked now.
-one not on mabi but auto lower ur mtu to that of dial up seemed to trick the server a bit for me into hitting my arrows more on elf.
-this is already made but it would be nice for some to have inside the right click menu is the ruler for mabi cooking.
-this is probly very unlikley but i would love it, have ur stamina regain while moving as if u were in rest.
-this one has also been made im pretty sure of, to remove the message of EvG when ur reviving so u can get up faster.
-this one is a dll edit that ive seen people trying but it may be possible, switch the elf/human range load time with that of charge tho its still likely server sided and even then it might get that 10 second delay which would be death.
-this was a jinsunogi mod correct me if im wrong: it looks like godmode where u fall down and cant be targeted enless moving and it is useful for EvG.

thats about all i can think of at the moment
i may jsut be saying things many know but im still trying

-This item swap is no longer valid, its controlled and checked by the servers.
-?
-Use the beta release of the brownie tool for cooking, this puts a list of all recipes in premade rulers at the click of a button.
-It may be possible to have it call the rest percentages when the skill is inactive, not 100% sure though.
-This can still be done via .dll edits but it causes errors and after repeated use will cause the client to crash for unknown reasons.
-I think that increased aim time is still able to be done via .dll modification.
-Not really sure on this one...

New ideas... How about the synthesis recipes? Is it possible to fix a recipe that is usually randomized? Likewise with percentage of success rate... Like dragon shield(dundundun) o3o. There are a lot of recipes that CAN make dragon shield but the rate of it is very randomized, I think.

-synthesize randomization canceling
-fragmentation always max output. Like 5 fragments from ignot istead of 1 or 2
-higher percentage of obtaining rare items at rafting and wyverns
-revving inside a shadow mission? Although I'm pretty sure this is server checked...
-any chance in renewing 100% fail refine? ;-;
-or rather... Ignoring production mastery additional percentage/dex bonus in refining
-hrmm... Come to think of it... Increasing success rate for any alchemy-related production by replacing alchemy mastery with production mastery and/or addin dex bonus to th success rate
-sneaking into hardmode dungeons or hard shadow missions with nubby character
-BEING ABLE TO PWN EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!! (having gm powers >)

he said load time not aim :P. and nu changing aim is now impossible as far as i know that or server checks make it hardly ever take effect

Are there ways to...
-remove dex, int caps for production/dmg purposes?
-increase water cannon/wind blast knockback range?
-Speed up cooldown times? (Make your system think that it is xx seconds in stead of aa seconds)
-Run with meditation without a wand?
-Make a regular feather act as a party feather? (This is most likely server sided >.<)
-Have your parson glow at the exact moment you should let go for SoG?
-Switch giant smash loadtime with human, and same with WM r1-9 and WM rA-F?
-Infiite flying height?
-Flying lower than 10 altitude? (to avoid wyverns)
-This one isnt specific, but, are there ANY mods can use to help rank pot making faster?
+(For HP pots i could go to sulfur pits and spam HP pots for drinking)
+(Im a mage, so MP pots isn't a problem)
+(Repeated production stuff)
+(Irrelevant sort of) Ferdie on tarlach has master of pot making title =O
