It's nothing to raise too much of a fuss over, but you'll see. I have to wait for the EU servers to go down for the update and am also dealing with legal at the moment because of trion and getting my ducks in a row.

***** what a Joke ... they have no leg to stand on World of Warcraft sued Glider witch was a Botting program and lost 3 x tell got so high up in courts that they won but only do to he was getting monthly money for the program if would been 1x fees he would have won fully and clear look it up it help you in this case in the end they just changed names and sold it as a stand alone bot ***** still going today and WOW lost about 400k on courts to do nothing so iya

I'm curious why would ArcheBot still be up then? I mean that website literally has the word BOT in it. Only thing I can think of is they're ****** at you and are trying to get even.

Either way, I don't bot so I know I didn't do anything that could make them think that lol

You'll get prompt'd, but here is the changelog:

• --- Derp v2.3 ---
• - Updated everything.
• - Everything is now only dx9 specific
• - No more multi-logins, period. I allowed derp to have 3-5 logins per account, this went into more people sharing access then intended ( I could see up to 10 users trying to connect at 1 time on an account ) as some were not aware 3-5 was in place, it was bottle necking my system and I have thus removed this.
• - Fixed waterfog crashing.
• - Fixed watertop crashing sometimes.

P.S.: Thank's to the GM that had a hard on for me not realizing I didn't need to be ingame to update anything, all I really needed to do was verify/double check everything, you're bans were irrelevant.

Trion are just plain muppets, they havn't got a clue what they are doing. I'm not even particularly careful on my alt accounts using derp now. I thought I'd been busted last week when I was caught below the map, but I just said some bullshit about having a **** pc and I just fell through while the game was loading and they apologised for the inconvenience and sent me on my way. Total muppets.

I do not "sell" anything, it is for nonprofit ( donation ) and anything used is in relation to non profit use in correlation with anything gained. I do not host "bot" software and there is files there that are for educational/institutional purposes and have been there prior to any release from trion/xlgames that are in no way case specific to archeage/xlgames/trion and I can provide logs as such.

There is no specifics on what "bot" software they are speaking of and since there is files on there that can do things aswell ( Ollydbg/IDA ) but again, are for educational/institutional purposes and where prior-hosted before anything in relation to trion/xlgames/archeage as a whole ( logs provided if need be ) then I see no reason to take those down as they are readily available on even the main makers websites and I only for example with the case of Ollydbg make a package that contains a few extra plugins that are not easily found anymore or have slight custom code I've added to it over time, mind you for purposes again outside of archeage and for educational aswell.

Also to note I'am not "circumventing" anything because there is nothing to circumvent nor am I "decrypting" anything as stated in DMCA 1201 section 2 subsection A/B/C and stated in section 3 subsection A it states:

(A) to “circumvent a technological measure” means to descramble a scrambled work, to decrypt an encrypted work, or otherwise to avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, or impair a technological measure, without the authority of the copyright owner;

There is no technological measures in place that prevents it and I do not bypass anything as such to do it. I do not descramble or decrypt anything, I do not bypass, remove, deactivate any technological measure in place aswell.

It also states in more if you do your homework:

“technical protection measures” (e.g., authentication handshakes, passwords, encryption, code obfuscation) that control access to the software as a whole or to particular modules or functionality.

Which none of the above is the case be it derp or the mod since there is nothing that prevents either that I need to 'bypass'.

Also to note in section 3 subsection B of DMCA 1201 it states "to gain access to the work" , cryengine is an open source readily available project and access to the work(s) involved with it are public record and given freely as such to the public and I've already spoken with crytek in relation to it.

Also to note, in terms of me not abiding by any agreement under TOU or EULA, I'm under no contract ( it was voided by them upon me being removed as a whole from the service ) as such to do so nor as stated am liable with anything that anyone else does with it.

I already spoke with people on this as a whole and though I didn't need to be polite nor did I need to put much effort into this as I have dealt with it before from Nexon / NCSoft / AeriaGames, was as such as opposed to what people wanted me to do.

Maybe they could argue that the .lua files are encrypted/obfuscated and you provide decrypted versions in mod pack?
