Can you elaborate as to how?

I was using speed option last few days and i think that was the reason of ban. (no one saw me, I was very careful using stealth etc) so I think they can detect speed hack.

Doubt it, I've been abusing the **** out of speedhack on my alt and hasn't gotten banned yet, I was Speedhacking yesterday too.

Although my main got flagged once long time ago but I do remember I used stealth and speed, so probably there could be a system that detects your speed while you're stealthed? I'm not sure I'm just saying that I got flagged when I used both of them together.

Not true, I've been going 2x faster than the current speedhack and I haven't gotten flagged in almost a month.

Why would that make you detectable? I use fins all the time.

If you run Derp you will see that it's already updated, Ploxa is no longer putting up changelogs or anything, just run Derp to check for updates.

Also you will get flagged if you speed with regular packs.

Coincidence? Most likely it's the server and not the speed. I could be wrong though, I'm not home atm.

No DC's when not running derp. At least that's the case for me; tested a few times and I get DC's. It's quite consistent.

I got more dc's to after the update, with and without Derp, it's most likely just the servers.

I speedhack alot, never got flagged so far, using fins, using speedbuffs.

I'am still working with Nip on a few things on the mod to update, I ran around with anti-ban on for awhile an did not come across any DC but I do see how alot of nvidia users are having huge issues on the forums ( I run an ATI ) and how they are having chokes on the server aswell.

As for the people banned, I'd say you need to realize the server you are on and how active the gm's are in that region. They are currently in the process of trying to detour alot of the hacks so it is a caution thing an to realize on NA the gm populous is alot more active at all hours where-as if you noticed on EU an them only having 2 gms that it is a much more quiet scene sometimes without a GM show-boating his console commands that any idiot can do ( GM stormhawk ).

Will finish up the mod as best I can an drop it to nip to test, am also getting told that derp gives a crash on close? Not sure as I cannot replicate it but going to double check all of the bytes I use an see.

Yep i am having a crash and close of AA, using Derp and Lite Derp. Derp dont crash but AA it does.
