I hope this doesn't sound stupid...
I have a few issues. First, my permissions are not working correctly. When I shout with permission 1+ there is no orange text and I am not able to use the /run commands. Second, When trying to upload an image it simply hangs after clicking save and does nothing. I searched around before posting so if this has been answered already I apologize.

You can use different permission values for different commands to allow only parts of the commands.

Example:

dbo.AllowedCommandsForPermission:

command: sv

Just go to options ingame, keys and restore default keys and it should work.

This bug appears due a smp, not sure how exactly it was called... smp_check_paid_item or something like that. Either this smp is missing or bugged.
