Don't know if some of you didn't know and it was made by a single member of your team in secret, but there were backdoors in your released files! At least in 7.x files and 8.x files....
That's the Problem. There are no files from epic 3 around. Get a working e3 client and it should be possible to create an epic 3 base.

SummonLevelResource is used to lower the lvlcap. No need to hex the GS everytime.
i checked it and... you need hex GS also, because when in SummonLevelResource max lvl is 220 pet ...

This isn't a good idea because there are a couple of each npc (for the different versions us, eu etc.)
The command will cause a lot of dublicated npcs.
