Is your gameserver.opt io addresses still 127.0.0.1?

Change them to your ip.
open cmd ->ipconfig->yourip

and dont forget compress your opt.

-Lost Mines 1
-Crystal valley 1
_Palmir 1
-Kassia
-Veiled Island (same point of same teleport of official rappelz is perfect)

Go ingame and type /position at the place you want in chat.
