I am using the Clean 9.4 US client that you have provided and the sframe that comes with it. Im baffled and don't know what to do.

Edit: I noticed I get:

Adding acceptor to IOCP

does this look wrong? I don't find any 0.0.0.0

Edit 2: It works, with fears client but I would really like to use the clean client you provided and is on the useful links thread. The non vanilla colors is a pain to see, is there any way I can get your client to connect to my server? Thanks

If you are launching ascii then make sure

N game.local_flag:4

Is in the gameserver.opt file and recompress it.

If that does not work use the US sframe that was provided with the 9.4 server files.

Thanks, the sframe with the files worked. Everything is working fine. Something I want to do is stop the game from teleporting me out of trainee island after level 8 or about 600 JP. How do I go about doing that? Thanks.

Turn the experience rate down in the .opt or do some quests.

The game automatically checks your level against completed quests to keep bots off of trainee island.

9.5.2 why does the JLv up doesn't work until you're a certain lvl? how do you remove?

They made it so that the max you can Jlvl up is 1/2 of your level. for example if you are level 20 Jlvl max = 10. If you are level 23 Jlvl max = 11.

This makes sense, I also noticed something on the on level up script. On a side note If I were to want to make the values in my gameserver opt as to emulate the official game as close to as we know it, what should I change here?

Do you want to insert it to their player box(cash shop box) or inventory?

smp_insert_item should do the job.

Make sure you're using the English version of dbo.StringResource

In the Arcadia database table dbo.StringResource_EN usually.

Rename the current one to StringResource_old or something else then remove the _EN from the English one and it becomes the active one.
