I'm reading the "[Beginners Collection] How to start" thread but I'm facing a problem already. Is English the only language available in these files?
I want to build an arabic server and I'm wondering if there is a way to both follow your guides and have the language set to arabic because I don't feel comfortable following the guides written in arabic to be honest.

Also, can I technically run the server on my own? I've tried a private server before and it had a lot of problems including connection.

Running a Server on an other language is no Problem.
For arabic you need a special strame and some dlls, bit that is already easy since Revolution Team was also arabic and released the arabic files.

Lets say the only thing you have is the official rappelz website, the only thing you can do is to download the game and you want to make a private server.

What would be first step?

Using current official client won't help you starting a private server if you are "new" to this.
Because you'd get frustrating interface-issues which will need some more requests or will slow down your motivation.

So your first step should be to search here for serverfiles & a fitting client,
additionally a fitting sql-version.
Most setup-threads already provide links or tips for that

After a few hours of research, looking at reverse engineering for example, not only that slowed down my motivation it forced me to rethink the process.

Is it worth the time? yes (I'll be able to practise what I learned from my cs degree, not really scared because it's all about problem solving) but, It's probably illegal. even if it's not, I don't think it's a good practise, in other words, kinda of immoral towards gamepower7. a lot of people will never get back to the official server after trying pirated servers.

What do you think?

1. You have an error in your NPC script, send the copy of the file

2. You have to update the StringResource.rdb to display the text,

Here I have a little problem with version 9.5.2 REVO
everything works but I see that the lvl max blocks at LVL 190

In GS I have this:
N: game.max_level: 300
Do you have any idea where the problem may come from?

Ps I used TheFear tutorial

The problem comes from the ARCADIA database - dbo.LevelResource
