And now, i have a new problem. I create a new server with 8.1 db, i can't create character "You can't may create this character" What to do?

Make sure the captain herlock is pointed to the arcadia and telecaster for 8.1

You should have named them differently like arcadia8_1, Arcadia9_1, telecaster8_1, and telecaster9_1.

If you left them both as arcadia and telecaster you may be having trouble with corrupt containers or if they are still both active at the same time you will definitely have problems.

Thumbnails are really too small to read sorry. Maybe you need to run the installer again and see if it gives you an option for removal.
