NOTE: if you want your 'SERVER' to be 'OFFLINE' or 'TEST Purposes'
you could add the Default I.P Address 127.0.0.1

It won't have any 'ERRORS' since it is Offline.

And make sure, you have 'CONFIG' properly the server side.

im sorry.. im new here.. i already follow step by step.. and i can connect to server.. but the problem when i want to connect to map, its say failed to connect to server..
i can login normally, and create char.. but when go to map its failed.. help me pls

Man... i cant execute mail.sql since i cant find it in the sql-files folder in my eathena server... What shoud i do?

I followed all the guidelines but i still cant connect to server and the eathena server charserv-sql.bat says

[sTATUS]: Connecting to 21.91.111.127(MY IP):6900
[Error] : make_connection: connect failed <socket #5, code 116>!

whew..what wrong here?

I got all log-in.char and map servers running and no errors so far. but i still cant connect to server....

Can anyone help me with 2 things?

1. I can't find the files MAIL.SQL and LOG.SQL (although I have logs.sql); and what is the "upgrade_svn*.sql" I'm supposed to run?

2. Whenever I try to run the main.sql, I get the following error:
INSERT INTO `login` (`account_id`, `userid`, `user_pass`, `***`, `email`) VALUES ('1', 's1', 'p1', 'S','');

How can I solve this?
