Creating a Ragnarok eAthena Server with SQL

Dude, after following this guide. I see no NPCs, Skills, and portals too.
How can I put them in-game?
I already removed "/" to activate the scripts, but I still can't see the NPCs in-game.
And I already tried @reloadscripts, @loadnpc. Reloaded them but still - no NPCs.
Can someone help me for this?

the diffed exe in this thread is totally outdated!
so we have newer client and need also a newer diffed exe

but im to stupid to diff any exe
got blank error when i open my own diffed exe

Note:

If you can't see NPCs, mobs, and portals. Use new hexed client.
It works for me. :]

my lockal IP is every time changed when i login or turn on the modem!
and when i still without close the modem and trying to run the server:-
1\ the runserver-sql.bat it workking!
2\ i dont know how can i use it to run the Hexed client and dunno where can i find the Hexed.
3\ i got 1 hexed client after that then:-
when i run it it's not english language it's anuther lang i cant understand + when i try to login the server i got "Rejected From The Server" So plz guy's help MehT_T!

Local IP, like to host a server and such just as local (only for your computer) always will be 127.0.0.1 and your PC IP in case you are wanting to host a server from your computer but getting it to be public you need to check your IP here at
