I found this on a fileserver. I can't say if this actually works or not, but you can try it.
I don't know how to use it and I didn't try it myself.
But for those who need it... read the readme.txt, there's everything you need.

Doesn't matter. You can edit the config.cfg by yourself (using a text editor)

Edit: lol, I tried it on 7 servers and it really didn't work. It says "Failed to connect to server."
