So here is the modded CSL I posted earlier. Just thought I'd share it with you guys.

This mod turns your BMW 3.0 CSL Grade 5 into a killing machine.

Features:

1) Acceleration greatly improved.
2) Top Speed is 500km/h+ (though you'll probably need NOS to get that fast)
3) HAT values modified to reflect the new performance.
4) in S class events, and open events in which you drive the CSL or the Veyron, the AI will now drive the CSL instead of the Carrera GT (but will have lots of trouble driving it)
5) Comes with the Cosmic NOS for all cars mod by geonfsmw.

Issues:

1) Impossible to control if stock. Add 4 star+ brakes and tires to make it controllable. You can add a suspension too, but it will lower acceleration and top speed a little.
2) If you add any engine, induction or transmission upgrades, you will lose your superspeed, so stay away from those.

How to install:

1) Extract the .rar to anywhere.
2) Replace the attributes.bin in C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed World\Data\GLOBAL with the one from this archive.
3) Run the offline server.
4) Choose your BMW 3.0 CSL Grade 5 and remove all engine, Forced Induction, Transmission and (optional) Suspension upgrades. (Or buy a BMW 3.0 CSL, if you don't already own one. Buy the IGC version so that you don't have to remove the upgrades, just install the brake and tire upgrades.)
5) Go to Free Roam.
6) Enjoy.

How to uninstall:

1) Rename attributes.bak to attributes.bin (it's a backup of the original attributes.bin)
2) Replace the attributes.bin in C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed World\Data\GLOBAL with the one you just renamed.
3) There isn't a Step 3.

I think, its only cars for fun, and for very short fun..) and, this theme about offline server, not about mods =)

I see, you lucky man)) my server don`t request this heartbeat.xml..) Check this file heartbeat.xml - do they have size 230 byte?

you runed script? and see black window, that closed? if "yes" - run powershell as administrator and type
