Schau, ich würde folgend Handeln:
A gibt PSC und ich lege Passwort, somit hat er kein Zugriff mehr.
B gibt Key A und A wird überprüfen. Sobald A meint, es wäre in Ordnung, gebe ich B die PSC.
Ach, ja. Falls etwas passiert, zwischen euch, habe ich nichts damit zutun. Ich entziehe mich dann aus dem Konflikt.
