Don't know very much about C# i know you can program npc's to do things with it and code other things need help coding a mabinogi private server so yeah o.o

Knowing how to code in C# is different than knowing you can code in C#.

How is it that people know how to spell "****" and "****" (not in this guy's case, obviously..), but somehow, aren't aware of how to spell "****"?

I mean, browsers come with spell checkers now..
Even IE has one, and if IE has it, every other browser did it months prior.

Are they like "Woah woah woah. What's all this squiggling?!", or do the spell checkers simply give up after a while?

Well, if you don't say what aspect of the coding you want help with, the general assumption is that you need it all done for you, which is pretty much the impression you gave when you explained what you think can be done with C#.

Perhaps you should state, clearly, what you want to do and what part of that you want help with.
