So, you DO in fact, want someone to do the entire thing for you, except you also want them to teach you what they're doing at the same time.
If you actually want to
learn to code (Instead of asking to be spoon fed), you should start with either coding examples/exercises, or just start a project and work it out as you go.
If you choose the first option, have some C# books:
There's some books on XNA in there, along with some example code from two of the XNA books.
Mostly regular C# books though.
Only reading and writing will improve/teach you how to code, no-one can simply explain everything to you.
Although, I recall from your brief and random IRC appearances that you've never programmed anything at all, so you probably shouldn't attempt any of the methods that Exec suggested.
