Uhhmm,... no, that wouldn't work for the Riot-Client.
I'm not able to add new commands like "/Gold ..." to it.
But I think I could create a custom map who every player start's with 100k Gold or something.

This project looks great! It's nice to see someone trying to restore the old TT.

Have you tried playing on the two debug maps? They both give me bugsplats but perhaps you could look into them? I'm curious as to what's in them.

There are no files for this maps, not on Client and not on the server.
They're Testmaps for Riot Developers, I think.

if yes how you get it from there?
i asked 20 guys that have knowledge with webservers and nobody of them figured out how to get these files.
You get these files over FTP or URL modifications?

No, the scripts are not on l3cdn.riotgames.com

When One For All was leaked we had to replace/add a file. Do you know what the method was? Or what file was replaced/added
