Why got so many users posting here banned

Why are lilpro and me not able to make the Admins decision easier/faster...(2months is a long time)?

->I can't change it And i can't do anything instead of reporting(most times 1 report stays for more than 48h), writing helpful posts not only at Shaiya, on the whole board(i try to be helpful whereever i can)and, of course, waiting for a decision!

I think, that i'll be a good Mod, because i'm a smart guy at the Shaiya-Section, i'm actice there and help everyone as good as i can! The Shaiya-Section isn't the single board i'm active at...i'm posting at the Tutorial-Section,Technical SUpport and at some other games!I'm active over the whole e*pvp board!
I know the rules better than the most other Users here.
