You gotta be kidding me. Anyone who would make this guy mod is a fool. Let the forums go to hell, your putting it on yourself.

I'm pretty sure that everyone who voted yes for him, are his friends on MSN, or somewhere where they communicate often.

I've talked to quite a few people- all of them saying if Fang gets mod they will be leaving the forums. I myself will as well.

If fang gets rejected here, he will run back to 4botters to get his position back. That's not very loyal.

To add to my application and to answer a few questions:
I do have experience with moderating on other forums. I was a super moderator on 4botters for at least 3 months, moderator for 5 months. My final position was an admin. I quit the staff in order to apply here (since I'm much more active here and this is my home forum). I hope that most of you see my good intentions, despite my past actions from six months ago. Thanks for the support and constructive criticism - both really help me out.

Pros
-Active in the section
-Knows what he's talking about and knows what he DOESN'T know

Cons
-Often encourages trolls by responding.

He's one of the few people I could see in the section doing a good job but at the same time I feel it's a tough decision. My only real concern is simply that he lets people bait him into arguments far too easily. That being said I can't say I've seen him come even close to taking these arguments to the point they break any rules and I feel that if he were a mod he'd simply clean up the mess on the forum that much quicker.

Less mess = good therefor I'm a fan of that option

Thing in here is that the application is quite decent, and he has helped the section before, he knows about the subject and seems to be willing to help.

As I ee it in here, pro4never has the truth in his post, at least he said the pros and cons about Fang.

My vote on this is a yes.

Now before I keep seeing this person trolling on this thread again...

From my past experience in talking with fang, and being in this section. I vote yes. He has been more then willing to help others, and to repeat what pro4never said. He knows a good amount on the subject, but is always willing to learn something new. I think he has matured a lot within the past year, and isn't simply doing this for just a mod position.

Alright, I won't post anymore- but once someone makes Fang a moderator, you have ****** up.

Yes I have 6 posts, but only because I made a new account cause I couldn't figure out my other accounts password which I haven't logged on in for over 2 months.

You may have read Fangs posts, but have you read Fangs 20 previous accounts posts? He's always gonna be the same Fang, and anyone with sense would know that I'm right.

For you people that believe Fang has "changed", your ignorant and obviously do not know him as well as I do. **** him off once, and he will rage quit, and delete all of his releases, guides, helpful posts, etc- just because something didn't go the way he wanted it.

I'm just warning you all.

I feel the need to re-clarify what I said. I hold a neutral position on the matter. I am neither against, nor for him becoming mod. I am simply stating as an active member of the CO2 section, that I would not mind if Fang were to become a moderator. He seems like he would do the job just fine. I'd run for mod (as I was recently msn'd asking about whether I would ever consider it) but I simply have an attitude problem and am too much of a douchebag to do it. On this note, I believe Fang has acknowledged his cons and is making an effort to move away from them.

I'd like to say, that it's neither ignorable nor declinable what he's also been doing in the past. You can't state yourself as a helpful person because you had some guides in the past ignoring your behaviour at that time. On the other hand people here can't just judge him on this behaviour ignoring the good stuff he's been doing for the section.

Just to clear up: you had your ups and downs, which can't be just overseen. You're doing a good job in the section and if you proof yourself as a decent person, who's neutral and treats person euqally, there's nothing against accepting for the position.

Well since this re-opened, I personally think that Fang would do fine as Moderator, like other said, he knows what talks about when he talks and the ragequit attitude has more or less disappeared.

I can see where it might be a hard decision for the staff and members here. I do have a history of being a problem, and presenting myself as a solution must be difficult to understand. I didn't improve myself to become a moderator here, I did it because who I was a year ago wasn't who I was 5 years ago. I'm a spirited, motivated person, and I hope to be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining stability and motivating the community. Thanks for the feedback everyone. If I do get rejected, I can at least come out of this as a better person.

Dont mean to be rude, but you have made your points more than enough times in this thread, i don't think there's any further requirement for you to continue posting in it...

Personally i have seen Fang's attitude gradually change over his time here, he would be more than acceptable to moderate the Conquer section, provided he is able to keep a clear and level head.
