you don't need to relog, try using some of your skills, certain skills will resync your position

Okay, the whole 1-80 map's been done, this includes all PoI's, Vistas, Skill Challenges and Waypoints with some markets/crafters. I've asked Gualtieri to make a thread here with the co-ordinate files.
It also includes a list of skills that re-sync your character if you can't see anything after you TP.

I will link to the thread here and put a link in gzoom to since there will probably small bugs to fix in the lists, people can post fixes there.
You can grab the map pack here - 
You may need to do this if you are getting commas instead of decimal places which will make you teleport locations list 50,000
"It's due to localization issues. For Windows 7, go to Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Additional Settings -> Change 'Decimal Symbol' to a comma, then close out everything and reload gZoom(may need to relog windows too). IT will work properly after these steps."

Edit: The only problem is when i teleport i need to use any move skill to reset the map. When i jump or try just run map stuck.

latest versions didnt work for me, hack make a bucle between scanning, procces found and procces not found, when i got the client open.
when im not in game hack works, but not usefull

i got the message process found but scan failed. Any idea? Teleport does not work for me.
im in the zone i choose the right list but nothing happens..any idea?
edit:
when i start this as admin the hack freezes (hangs on scanning) and i got the same message..cpu u. goes up to 30%
i use 1.6

These are the steps:
Heres the translation of babel fish
1. A Desktop linkage put on
2. With the right mouse button on the Desktop click to linkage and characteristics select
3. In the input field a goal: the stringer of e.g. “C:\Spiele\GW - MultiC_2.1 \ GW-MultiC.exe” in “C:\Spiele\GW - MultiC_1.5 \ GW-MultiC.exe? gw0” change. Now GW original started without the GW-MultiC.exe to be started must.
4. Point 1 repeat
