It is back up and running for me just fine. Ich spreche und lese sehr wenig Deutsch. I'm slowly coming to understand all of the steps and most importantly WHAT they do exactly. I'm happy to provide my understanding of how things work for the English speakers.

on Sunday I update an "overlay improve" then its realy easy to know wat option to select.

All right, after testing the hotfix with over 300 runs I have noticed the following:

Selecting "Pick Up: Yellow / Blue" does not pick up any yellow or blue items.

The bot will no longer salvage items for me. I tested this with a full inventory of blue and yellow items.

When selecting "Ranged" and setting up attacks as suggested (Left mouse as consumable attack, Right mouse as regular attack), the bot will begin attacking with the Right mouse, then the Left mouse, exhausting all of the consumable (in my Demon Hunter's case, Hatred), but not switching back to the Right mouse ever again.

I tested the above by switching to Melee and swapping the attacks (Right mouse consumable, Left mouse regular). It does the same thing.

I have never seen the bot attempt to use skills 1-4 more than once. Ever.

While I am satisfied with the bot simply killing Ghom and collecting gold & legendary items, I just wanted to give some feedback as to what I was experiencing. To make sure that it wasn't a corrupted config file, I deleted it, extracted the one from the VIP download I received, and stored all new settings. None of that worked.

Hab die Config.ini geöffnet und bei:

legendary=1
yellowBlue=1

gesetzt dann die Datei gespeichert und schreibschützt gesetzt.
läuft also bis jetzt so wie vor dem patch.
die exe kann denke ich solange die config schreibgeschützt ist nichts ändern^^

Ein kleiner Button wo ne Liste aufgeht, welcher Step was ist. Wenn man mal schnell was umstellen will sucht man sich blöd und 80 Steps sind nicht wenig ^^

Machbar wäre das, aber sehr aufwendig, wenn ich das machen werde, dann wenn mir langweilig ist oder als letztes.

Wenn du default Settings benützt und die dazu beigelegte Anleitung richtig befolgst musst du gar nichts einstellen.
Möchtest du es aber auf deine individuelle Einstellungen anpassen, hast du die Möglichkeit dies per "store Settings" zu machen.

Als Vip hast du zugriff zu einer Version die deutlich mehr Funktionen hat, als die free Version siehe first poste dazu.
