Hi
so I've been messing around with the resolution of the client 5065
and managed to change it but I've encountered a glitch with the right
side of the screen so I've been looking into it messing around with things
and managed to find that the zoom actually affects it if you go below 256
(zoom out) the glitch disappears until you reach 200 also if you go above 284
(zoom in) the glitch also disappears now I understand that those values may
be affected by the resolution I changed the client to. (1344,768)
Also while snooping around I came across few functions that I assume
(from their name) do the camera "drawing" and it takes the windows size
as arguments also will tracing backwards I found that one of the parent
functions retrieves the players X,Y and is on a loop.
The problem is I can't seem to find or understand a viable reason why this glitch occurs in the first place.
It's the client not rendering that last row of textures because the client is hard coded (in multiple places) not to load or draw anything past a certain resolution 1024x768 if I remember correctly. Changing the resolution offsets that but never fully fixes it. You would have to dive into the client assembly code and manually change these if you want to get rid of it.
I have done it multiple times for multiple servers.

The game doesn't have any native widescreen support.
I made it my goal to run this game widescreen and succeeded, in a rather strange and hackish way.
This is what you have to do:
1. get a hex editor. I googled and found a free XVI32 which is doing its job perfectly.
2. Use the hex editor to open game's config file, silkcfg.dat. You can find this file in game's program directory (typically...
