Lets jump right into it,

First off you need to decrypt the itemtype.dat
to do that Download DeEn's Monster.dat editor. and change the name of the itetype.dat to monster.dat and decrypt.
a monster.txt will appear in the same folder, open that up and you will see 10955 lines of code. each has 39 entries.


EXAMPLE:

Learning the Entry's

each of the numbers and words has a meaning.

entry 1. Item id Number
entry 2. Item Name
entry 3. Class Number (corrosponds to ProfessionalName.ini)
entry 4. Required Proficency/Skill level (motly Weapons and skills)
entry 5. Level required to use item
entry 6. UNKNOWN
entry 7. Strength Required to use item
entry 8. Agility required to use item
entry 9. UNKNOWN
entry 10. UNKNOWN
entry 11. Tradability 0=fully tradable/put in wh/sellable in shop 1=Unknown 2=Unknown 3= UNTRADALBE AND NO WH AND no SELL IN SHOP

entry 14. [SCROLLS] the coordanante id for the scroll
entry 15. The Max Physical attack givin by the item

entry 19. the Dodge added by the item
entry 20. [POTS] health restored by the pot

entry 22. 4 diget code [x][x][Y][Y], the x's together show the max possible dura "xx" and the Y's together "YY" im not sure about, but it is usually a 98 or a 99

I figured out wat he ment by clolor, for every item that the color can be changed there will be multiple blocks of the same number with 1 number diferance in the id, being this number, its for the different colors it can be, not all items can be changed to all colors.

There are 8 possible types.
Fixed: better than elite and sometimes super but cant be upgraded or +ed or improved in quality.
Normal 1: Worst version of the item
Normal 2: slightly better than Normal 1
Normal 3: best version of the item that is normal and not fixed.
Refined: slightly better than Normal
Unique: Better than refined
Elite: better than Unique
and Super: Best (besides Fixed)

Next, we determine which is which

OK, now that we have decided which is which (NOTE:they will allways be in this order and a lot dont have fixed so look at the end of the first one befor writing fixed.) We can Change the Name in ENTRY 2 to say w/e u decide to make it say.
for my example i put the first letter of its quality in brackerts in front of the name of the item(you may write it however you choose and canput it in front, back middle, after the first letter, whatever u find best for yourself!)

Now do that for every item in the whole god damn thing and ull have a itemtype.dat with all the item types.

COMMAND TOKENS

ok someone requested how to edit it so that you can see which command tolkens you have/ see them on the ground.

this is going to be a little tedious, and i would show screen shots and examples but as an archer i dont even ahve a good shot at getting the tolkens.

Click Ctl+f and click to find commandtoken, you will find this:

NOW for the annoying part, edit one of the names to say somethign other than commmandtoken.

now that you have dont this save, reencrypt,and replace the file
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT TELLS YOU WHICH TACTIC UR IN!!!
open up a new conquer window and log in, go into a tactica and find a copmmand token. if it says what you changed/added than now yo u know which command token it is and can gio back and change it to say the name of the tactic say u were in the peace tactic than you would change it to \/ that

ok, here is the order of the tokens as they appear in the block of code(provided by Reddo):

1st line is for the Peace token
2nd line is for Chaos
3rd line is for Deserted
4th line is for Prosperous
5th line is for Disturbed
6th line is for Calmed

you can change the names to whatever you want so that you know which token is which.

Tradeing the "Untradable"

if you have a quest item that is untradeable you can make it tradable!
well it doesnt actually trade unless both people have it edited so that you can trade it, at least you can sell it in the market tho.(correct me if im wrong)

click ctl+f to find the item that u want to be able to trade or w/e
go to entry 11, and change it from 3 to 0

doesnt work, because server checks all trades, but this would be very usefull to anyone who is creating their own server, or just wants to know more about the way the file works.

Once ur done editing everything you wanted to edit, just open DeEn's Monster.dat editor back up, have it re-encrypt the file, and change the name from monster.dat to itemtype.dat and replace!!!

what abouyt the command tokens?
I dun really need to see the super, elite, uni, ref ****, could you update how to edit our itemtype for the commandtokens too?

Would be greately appreciated

well as for the command tolkens, I know how to do it, but i would need to have a good char to do the moonbox quest with to test it out, I am going to add a section on how you would do it, but i dont no which command tolken is which, so if someone wants to go do the moonbox quest and follow the instructions i post and pm me or post which toolken is which i will make a compleate section on how to do it including which tolkens are which.
