Well, since people like to play with other peoples **** an try to tinker with SQL, I've restored the database in conjunction with derp since they wanted to play with how the update method in sql works with a week ago backup and am changing a few things around in derp now for 3.9 which will be uploaded shortly.

If your getting a login invalid after, just message me an I'll square it up and be thankful people are script kiddies and don't seem to realize how easy it is to fix little things like this

It doesn't really bother me to be honest when people try to tamper in sql, most of what is done or attempted is very low level and anything that is messed up is no big deal because any proper nerd always keeps a backup and it's not like I overly secure everything in Derp anywho other then the users passwords which can't be decrypted anyways and even if they were to dump the table it'd be rather useless. Nothing on the site can be tampered with from it and nothing extracted from it has any value and they cannot corrupt or malform anything out of what they attempt so its just kind of retarded to be honest..

Again it's just kind of trivial **** that people try or tinker with that is really not impressive at all, takes me about 3-4 minutes to restore or fix anything and then add a few things into it to stop anything of it in the future.

Think the best one was the guy who slammed everything he could into the ESP database ( sql is not the most easiest to secure an there is plenty of methods on the web to get/tinker/play with it ) then demanded money from me in PM here and I didn't even notice it until after I already had restored everything in like 5 minutes, it was lol.

I do also get an absolute ton of attempts on my email/paypal and several other things within a weekly basis, didn't know I was so special.. The latest was people spam attempting to hi-jack my steam, very cute

Like I said, it's a simple fix

.. I'm sitting today working with Trion's legal & also alot of things with BDO so not busy today and it was quite convenient for it to happen an anything anyone does just lets me improve any system to prevent tampering.

Ah it's no big deal and is rather hilarious.. I can't totally protect SQL cause, well, its SQL and plenty of things are posted all over the internet for it.

But anything anyone does just improves to counteract whatever is done and backups are done automatically every week on everything between the source for derp to the database to the website.

The program itself is not totally protected where people can't sniff strings or connections and saying you did an amazing job reversing the program that has minor tampering protection on it to prevent the simplest users from prying is kind of dumb and not impressive at all.

As far as BDO goes what so far do you have in mind ? just curious

People are begging me not to do anything along the lines of derp but then others are asking me if there will be things of it and when I plan to test/release anything.

I've already taken apart xigncode which is they're anti-hack. It is not the greatest but it isn't as bad as gameguard or hackshield in terms of annoyance on an OS and I've already taken apart the PAZ files and looked through all of the pak files in it aswell, lots of interesting things you can do with the hud and game itself and some market place anywhere aspects that I see I can do but nothing I got totally alot of time to test in the CBT2 which somebody was so kind to purchase the biggest package for me to work on the game upon its release this coming next week so needless to say there will be some decently good things to come from that and alot of people are already backing me on it quite a bit and wanting to test anything I work on.

I need more time in BDO before I can give an A-Z of what is to come and need to see what would be ideal or what people would like from those on skype that are backing it.

It's working fine

If you are getting a connection error, make sure you are using 3.9

If you are getting invalid login, pm me.
