I will have to update parts of the mod later tonite/tomorrow to fix this for the 2 buttons, as it stands just avoid using the hud edit and the timer to grab and it should be fine until I update the code to grab both event icons.

I will update everything with the mod tonite into tomorrow and have something up by tomorrow nite since I have to update derp and shuffle through all of the files and also have work atm on another project to finish.

Derp as it stands, is done, so just trying to update everything needed in the mod which I'm dumping the client now entirely.

Odd, I used it before going to work and it was working fine to me, I mean the only issue would be the 2 buttons people were talking about the event.

Auto getting loyalty worked and Sunkens worked, AH worked fine for me as well, I didn't do a whole inspection on it but seemed fine for me.

I've got this weird graphics glitch, it's hard to explain and I didn't take a screenshot.

It's not the black thing that people are talking about on the forums. It's like red mesh textures? Either way my game was lighting up like a Christmas tree with weird glitches/meshes/something.

Same for me, I didn't test it without the mod, but idk why the mod would make everything turn pink/red and such, it happened to me in certain parts of the game.

I'll see without the mod in a few hours when I get out of work.

EDIT: I just checked Reddit and there's a person that recorded his visual glitches, I had things like that happening to me, in a smaller scale that is, maybe it's not the mod after all, and it's just the broken game, I mean I expected a fuck up even for this little shit that they call "event".

Going to 2.5 it's gonna be a major fuck up.. they need to do an update to a test server, all worked? do the same shit to the live ones... there shouldn't be any difference. (Ofc the test server has to be a copy from the original servers).. but even they doing that.. they will fuck it up lol...

Btw Celestrata, you'd think people would be reporting hackers but quiet a few don't, I started giving less care about me playing the game, so if a ban happens to me I'll be completely fine with it, till then I'll keep hacking. But what I'm saying is.. I've showned a handful of people what I can do, and I even take them on trips with me to make gold and such and they were all happy and haven't seen a report that I've know of so far. (They know my main too)

Actually I've been brought closer to people by using hacks and we all just get a good laugh, I even displayed myself hacking to my whole guild, just to fuck around and we were laughing so much in TeamSpeak, I'd make them fly, or drown them under the map for fun and it was an awesome experience. (I used an alt, but they all know my main, where I don't use the hacks)

And quiet a few (not from my guild) players I've found around the world have actually told me and showed me that they also hack, and now we are friends that do the same things and more, sometimes together, sometimes we just chill on TeamSpeak talking about good ways to make even more gold with no effort...

I hope you guys are not counting on players to report hackers for you guys to do the work, perhaps give them a compensation for successful qualified hackers? That'd be fun :P

Yeah I mean with the amount of people who hack if they really decided to ban all those people thats who's keeping the economy going right now. The game isn't pulling new players. I know if I manage to get banned I'll just move on to the next game then. Most of the people I played for are kind not really interested. Meanwhile there's also moonlight blade which just finished roadshow and is doing really well in korea. That ones coming to the US soon and as long as it doesn't get changed for NA it will be open world pvp with the same trade pack style system only as a open world pvp game. That kind of has me very excited especially since when it came out in china they banned over 700k bot accounts with a custom anti-cheat system they have. Not to sound like a douche but archeage doesn't have much of a future you start telling people they cant use game mechanics to block carts and taking away aspects of the game by making it illegal and people start to just cheat more looking for a reason to quit the game.

It also doesn't help with for example, the regrade situation and how they did not ask for specific details about what the regrade 1.5 would effect. Celes stated it clearly that it would effect everything, was even proven after they denied saying it that they did infact say it and was oblivious to what actually it effected while people stock piled some things for ship regrading only to find out that it has nothing to do with the ship components and they didn't even as a publisher take the time to ask and iron out the details about if it was a global or not and just 'assumed' as such.

Sorry but as any company in an MMORPG, you never 'assume' anything unless you hand test it or ask for the specific details and can clarify for a fact what you are saying is the truth, or you just as what has done look like a complete ass/failure, yet again, infront of an community, and loose even more of your player base as a whole.

The login tracker bug, has been stated several times to them in emails not only by myself, but others - what would happen with this patch because it also happened exactly the same way in the RU version, and was ignored.

Every single change, aspect of ignorance, even the point of people insulting by using homosexual comments an being banned for it strictly as opposed to before there was a much more easy policy on what people could troll about, even more so that scapes would brush it off on all the fat jokes on the forum and memes that got posted where-as celes deletes the forum posts/pictures and also the majority of those users get banned/warned over it.

In the end, the more ignorance and outright obviousness of emotionally doing things involving certain aspects and being so hard-assed is doing nothing but driving the community further and further away and onto other games. Sure people might come back to look at 2.5, but who really here has much of shit to do up until then other then just farm gold and zerg content down without much reward cause then your still competing in a guild for those items when you could instead, just hack the majority of the gold to buy the item and it be quicker then the ladder.

Trion is even attacking me outright, as a whole, over an over again - why? Because they think I'm costing them the community or hurting the game? No. If anything, the only reason people even still play the fucking game is because of some of the things that are released an give the player a new experience/environment to play in and actually give them things to do as opposed to farming the same low-end bullshit with no good reward out of it.

Think trion will make money on devillian? Nope. Game is a steampunk ripoff of other games and completely in general a waste of fucking time to even bother with. I'm sure it will appeal to some idiots, but me being an avid mmorpg player for 2 decades, yeah.. Same boring shit that keeps getting re-published/re-designed and put on the market for a small bread crumb of a profit. There other games? Laughable and pure shit, reason nobody bothers to even make hacks on them other then just a few bot systems here/there.

As I've always said, archeage is they're money maker and they blame the hacks for being what is costing them the community when its the opposite and them completely failing as a publisher and company over, and over, and over again, giving the community absolutely no faith in anything from them in the future.

They've enough money to stand tall for the time being, archeage will continue to last cause new players will come in, but eventually all will look for that hack or else wise cause lets face it - the game gets purdy fucking goddamn boring without it and it becomes more of a job then an actual game play experience after awhile.. I mean, I actually played this game from alpha until recently through an through, played with some of the biggest guilds and best players on kyprosa, knew everyone and even mind you those hard-assed "i dont cheat" people, who actually do use things and the vast majority have left/quit or just like Ultimate did, went all or nothing an got banned so they have no reason to login anymore.

Kind of bad when the person whom is making hacks for the game actually knows the game better then the people who publish it other then what, maybe khrolan or quilldon? Oh and to even mention to, alot of people blame XL for it and say don't blame trion but really common now, some of this shit is what is ment to be asked/handled if not a very vast majority of it by the publisher and if they actually were not so goddamn fucking retarded they would actually do it.

It make's me wonder how celes even got they're job, honestly they should just hurry up an fucking quit cause they are complete shit and don't even play the goddamn game worth a fuck. Khrolan actually crafts, learns, pvps, ect - he was a player before hand.. Celes dove into a spot and now look at them, still buying land and have no clue about strategy and tactics an got cart blocked then qq'd about it and now the policy is changed.

Kind of sad when I often speak to some high end developers at other companies on a friendly basis just to catchup and tell them some of the things I come across in code or just tinkering with they just all go "what the hell, seriously?"

I may be for the most part, a troll or else wise, as trion perceives me and the mass banning of all the steve account's I have made, but they really have no clue who I actually am, just what a domain says ( I feel bad for them wasting money to fedex that address btw, poor guy ), and what I actually do for a living outside of this.

What a great and articulate writeup of the current status. You are right, had I not come across and donated to your work, I probably wouldn't be playing AA anymore as the farming/grinding had run it's course.

@gundam, when I got home last night, I got myself a fresh copy of the modpack since mines was edited in a couple of places and such, my game wasn't glitching at all after having the mod + scripts + Derp running, the only thing I take out of the mod is the water shader because I let Derp handle that.

Not a single glitched happened on those 4 or so hours of gameplay, and went through towns and housing areas and such and nothing happened.

@silverbrain, same here, as a solo player I would spend a whole day to make about 200-300 gold per day, now that I work I only have like 4-5 hours of gameplay and in that little time I wouldn't make **** as a legit solo player, now I make over 1k in that time, and when I have the day off I make much more, the only reason I came back to AA was because I saw Derp released and I wanted to try it out and now I enjoy the game a lot more.

I wouldn't be hacking if this game was a lot less grindy, less cash grabbing and such, the point of this game is end gear to PVP or carebear play FarmVille 3D all day on AA, that's it.
