Oh, moderators, where are you? I can't even point out all the things you should ban this guy for. There are only a few:

• Rules pt.2: "if you flame / insult other members you will get an infraction"
• Rules pt.11: (...) "Going off-topic in other areas will end up in infractions / warnings"
• Miscellaneous pt.5: "multi-accounting (having more than 1 non-banned account here) is forbidden and results in a ban of all accounts"
• Miscellaneous pt.7: (even if you actually banned him on all his accounts - but you didn't) - "in extreme cases (a member receives one ban after another and returns everytime just to spread chaos again) the administration can issue a restraining order which will prevent you from using this forum by law, which often is connected with financial costs"

New Stats System

A stats system more orientated towards allowing the "overpowered" items that KR uses. Also, some small tweaks have been done in order to define each class.

Any chance someone could elaborate on what stats have been changed?

Will people who don't have the new items feel under powered?
