You can grind by hand or creating new char. Or find next quest you can hack by yourself.
I didn't bugged any of my quests (only Princess Request on old char), and I have about 10 characters CS+. I don't know how you bug that quests >.<

Use RL6 quest, if you bugged FD12, and lvl up until SM9, then use Dark Poison (I) for white/Poisioned Hands (I) for black.

How Did you manage to do that?
I assume your not going to try to find quests which are hackable?
If not fastest thing to do is to start again. level by hand till OC1, Choose Nuker,
Auto Grind till RL6 change role to whatever you want then do the hackable quest at RL6. Was a lot faster than auto questing for me.

Grinding by hand xD
I prefer using auto grind only on nukers. Other classes are... Strange for me ;]
You can use higher value of Delay, too.

I think there isn't any cap (only quest with cap I remember was Celadon Porcelain - until GC12 100%)

Check Jase's signature, in epvp contributions...
And USE AutoUpdater, don't only leech&spam here. Check my tutorial for that.

That quest is bugged (you CAN'T HACK), we told that several times.
