Use ndreg Editor and for sure will work , also hope to have admins right on your pc maybe from same reason the hosts file dont change and the 9disciple dont work , just becouse the hack to work have to pass same steps .
First step for you it`s to se if your host file recive this line .:
127.0.0.1 localhost-9d - for this have to lunch 9disciple alone .
After this use ndreg Editor to change the ip of the server whit this : localhost-9d
And last line it`s to lunch the 9disciple and the game and se if you can login and 9disciple work
