Go to the Caverns of Time in anaris:
If you time it right, you can make it up a small path near Chronalis and not aggro. If you do aggro, continue up the ramp and die there.
If you died, get your body.
Go back down the ramp and you'll see a split in the wall, travel up it, but fall off when it ends. Now turn around and you'll see a piece of geometry that makes a line going straight across. You can walk across this.
You are now above the gate.
Turn around and look behind you.
There are two spots to fall in.
One is an obvious HOLE that allows you to fall into the wall where you can walk into the cavern.
The other is in the middle, up the ramp in front of a stain glass "window."
