Head to the entrance of COT in Tanaris, then head south and east to the coast. Look at the mountains over COT and look for this building with a valley headed up to it.....
run up the valley and you will find a stone structure embedded in the mountain,
stay to the right of it, you will end up here....
now, using the Jump-then press forward technique I described in my hyjal tut, you can slowly inch up this structure..
Its tricky, but the key is to make very fine adjustments to your jumping using the right mouse button,
if you face too far left or right, you will bounce and not 'catch' the ledge.
Run up the mountain to the ledge here...
then follow the legde to this point...
jump down, turn around....
and jump again, head to the 'gap' (I look backwards like this...
and fall down.... then head to the point nearest the door....
and your next jump will land you in the caverns,
