You don't need to turn off any security measures on your pc, you can have windows defender, firewall, HVCI, secure boot and everything on.
In fact, in my honest opinion, you should never turn off any windows/BIOS security measures for a cheat as it weakens your PC's security, it's just not worth it. Always keep windows defender + window's security measures ON.

Any "trusted provider" is still a random person on the internet that could go rogue at any time

I mean yeah, you'll probably be fine if your provider is legit and you don't download random stuff, but these security measures made computing considerably safer and shouldn't be turned off if possible. I know these security measures can be annoying when developing cheats but they are not complete blockers, you can still make cheats that don't require turning these off.

Just buy DMA at this point, your main PC doesn't need anything disabled whatsoever. Bios options enabled too!

Less stable , no proper vischeck. I would say wait for updates on that one.

I just have users use defender control just to keep things easy, but honestly can likely run the cheat with everything on without issue.
Vis check complaint is fair, just released perfect bone level vis on the DMA, will be in the external tomorrow
