DivisionCheats and their Ark Raiders product has been disappointing.
Ipyed a key and used the product, and while I did not experience the same technical issues that some users reported, I ended up getting banned. Despite this, I purchased another key, expecting better support and communication from the team.
Unfortunately, the biggest problem is not only the risk of getting banned but also the lack of customer support. When customers have issues, responses are often slow or nonexistent. Many users on the Discord server have reported similar concerns regarding support, communication, and the overall customer experience.

For a paid service, customers should receive reliable support and fair treatment. Instead, it feels like customer concerns are frequently ignored. Looking at the community feedback, it is clear that many people are frustrated with the same recurring problems.

My experience disappointing.

purchased a sub expecting a working, but from day one I faced constant crashes technical issues. I spent hours following support instructions, reinstalling software, updating drivers, downloading loaders, and sending requested files and screenshots.
Despite this, the product never worked properly. I was repeatedly told to wait for a fix or that the issue had been resolved, but the problems continued. Support confirmed multiple users were affected and developers were investigating, yet no solution was provided.

My subscription time kept running while I couldn’t use the product. I requested compensation for lost time and later asked for a refund, but received no meaningful resolution.
I have chat logs, screenshots, crash reports, and proof of purchase. Based on my experience, the product did not perform as advertised and support was inadequate.
