Inspection of hacks & purchase receipts

Dear Elitepvpers community,

This guide is meant to explain our inspection of hacks or purchase receipts to you in order to avoid questions and issues that may affect processing times.

Who is affected?

The most important thing is that practically everyone who wants to sell product keys and hacks is affected. Inspections are performed at random, that is: not every offer will be, but any offer can be subject to an inspection.

How do hack inspections work?

Currently only on a sample basis.

How are purchase receipt inspections handled?

A moderator will send you a private message with information regarding our purchase receipt inspection. At the same time, your thread will be closed and then reopened as soon as the inspection is completed.

In order for you to be allowed to sell your product(s), your receipt should contain the following information:
order number / product key

date of order

your address

number of items

a visible source

price

payment method

Here is an example of how a purchase receipt could look like. Needless to say that it does not have to be exactly like that – this is mere to give you a vague idea of what is required. Note that product keys have to be in your possession as you offer them. Offering product keys in Black Market that you have yet to purchase yourself right before a sale is not allowed.

Please note that having receipts checked by a moderator does not imply any guarantee that a product key is working and not fake. Always keep in mind that you are never entirely safe against fraud on the Internet, especially when trading with an individual rather than some company.

Possible consequences

Presenting fake purchase receipts; uploading malware/viruses or not following our request and creating a thread with the same offer at a later time, will be punished with a permanent ban.

1. General Remarks

You can check out the current forum staff here. You can also see a list of all assigned moderators on the bottom right when viewing a forum. An overview of all existing forum ranks can be found here. If you feel like joining the forum staff yourself, you should check out this forum.
You can read up on warnings and infractions (there is a difference!) as well as on other details regarding our penalty system here.
You can address complaints and other issues via the Support. We will not discuss infractions, bans and/or other penalties in the forums, nor in the shoutbox, nor in any other public area of the board.
The board administration has the final say in any discussion.
You are free to create a new account after a permanent ban, provided you have not been flagged as no longer welcome.
Official threads like the local rules can be identified by the elitepvpers symbol
The following rules apply to all forums (including the shoutbox), but can be extended or loosened by section-specific rules. You can find local rules like the Black Market Rules either as announcements or as sticky threads (those are marked with [Rules]). All violations of local rules are minor violations by default. Exceptions are denoted accordingly.

2. Very Severe Violations

Engaging in or advertising illegal activities (fraud, carding, spam, phishing, ddos, botnets etc.) is strictly forbidden. This also includes hacking computers, servers or accounts that do not belong to you (elitepvpers is okay with game hacking, not hacking)!
Spreading malware of any kind (stealer, keylogger, RATs etc.) is forbidden.
Extreme insults, baiting or racist comments — especially when addressed to the forum staff — will not be tolerated.
Advertising platforms competing with elitepvpers (about gamehacking and trading) is forbidden.
The use of multiple accounts, manipulation of account stats (TBM ratings, thanks) and attempts at dodging negative ratings will not be tolerated. As soon as a person owns more than one unbanned acount, we consider it a case of multiaccounting! Additional accounts for siblings or for other compelling reasons must first be requested via support!
You may not bypass temporary bans by creating a new account for the duration of the ban.
Massive spam on the forums or via private message is forbidden.

3. Severe Violations

Posting or requesting warez (cracked software, keygens etc.) is forbidden.
Posting pornography is forbidden. We consider images/videos to be pornographic if they show primary or secondary sexual characteristics.
You are not allowed to impersonate a member of the forum staff (e.g. by using rank icons as your avatar or misleading nicknames).
Abusing the thanks system (especially trading thanks) is forbidden.

4. Serious Violations

Insulting, flaming, accusing and baiting other members is forbidden.
Posting referral links is forbidden. You may only share them via private messages and only if you are asked to do so.
Advertising other websites is permitted only if they include a publicly accessible, visible link back to elitepvpers. This link must not be hidden, masked, or obscured in any way.
1. Advertising your own Facebook page, Twitter account or Youtube channel is only allowed if they have liked/followed/subscribed the respective elitepvpers profile.
2. Promoting Discord servers is only allowed in conjunction with offers on elitepvpers (e.g. private server presentations or support of services).
3. Autoshops (e.g. Sellix, Shoppy) may only be advertised in Black Market threads.
Promoting an offer outside the Black Market is only allowed if explicitly asked for (e.g. in a "Looking for XYZ" thread), in this case only links to sales threads in the Black Market are allowed, no external links. This also applies for signatures and user titles.
You are not allowed to post questions or requests in a release forum (marked with [NO QUESTIONS]).
Any intentional abuse of the report system (i.e. reporting the same post multiple times, reporting legitimate posts just for the fun of it etc.) is forbidden.

5. Minor Violations

Making up your own rank icons and using them as your avatar is forbidden.
Making posts that are unnecessary or meaningless one-word posts like "#reported" or "#closerequest" is forbidden.
Posting twice in a row is to be avoided. Exceptions due to compelling reasons should be discussed with a moderator first.
Pushing/bumping outdated threads is only allowed if there is a good reason, e.g. if you have the same the question, but so far no satisfying answer has been given in the thread. If in doubt, ask a moderator whether you should pick up the old thread or rather create a new one instead.
We do not take kindly of unfriendly or provocative behavior towards other members; the same goes for excessive trolling.
Usernames or user-titles which partially or fully contain an URL (e.g. Username.com, UsernameCOM) are forbidden.

6. Signature Rules

In addition to the general board rules, the following special rules apply to signatures (violations of both being minor):

Signatures should not cause discomfort or annoy other members (e.g. by using excessively bright colors or annoying animations)
The maximum allowed file size for images used in signatures is 800KB. This value refers to the combined file size of all images used in a signature (including images placed in spoilers)!

7. Penalties

As a basic principle, any first-time rule violation will usually result in a warning whereas repeated violations will result in infractions.
Severe and very severe violations can qualify for an immediate infraction or even a ban. However, when it comes to minor violations, we may sometimes hand out multiple warnings for repeated violations.
Only infractions result in infraction points. Reaching 3 active infraction points will result in a ban. The ban duration depends on the severity of your violations, hence the amount of temporary bans before the final permanent one may vary from user to user. It's up to the acting global moderator's (or administrator's) discretion to assess the punishment.
We reserve the right to deviate from this system in certain cases. Members who have proven their worth to the community may be looking at reduced penalties whereas known troublemakers can expect a stricter treatment. Any such decisions will be made by the administration individually and are not up for debate.
If you still find yourself with 3 or more active infraction points after your temporary ban has expired, you will of course not be banned again. However, should you receive a new infraction after that, resulting in a total of 3 or more active infraction points, you will receive another ban. So keep in mind that it does not take 6 active infraction points for you to get banned twice.

[Rules] The Black Market

Hello!

In addition to the general board rules, which have to be observed across all sections, following regulations apply for The Black Market section. Possible rule violations can be reported by using

button. Whenever a regulation is violated, immediate punishment - depending on the severity of violation - in form of either warning or infraction can be inflicted. More details regarding this can be found in Infractions & Warnings: Things You Should Know.

1. General

Threads to accuse other users are forbidden. If you have been scammed, use our rating system and/or warn other users in the thread corresponding to your trade(and only there!). You can also try to get the user banned via the Support. Anywhere else accusations are forbidden. Keep in mind, that our rules also apply to negative feedback (especially #4.2).

Active trade threads have to remain open. You are not allowed to keep your topic closed while you are actively bumping it. Please mark inactive trades visibly in your first post!

You may only have one unclosed thread per offer. Similar offers or services (e.g. buying and selling elite*gold) are considered the same offer. However, opening multiple threads for related but different offers (e.g. selling Aion gold and WoW gold) is fine. It is also allowed to create an own thread for offers that differ considerably (e.g. game accounts).

Rule 3 still applies when you let another user sell your goods (also known as reselling).

If you want to support your offer with feedback, you may only use feedback that was given you on elitepvpers.

During a trade only those details that were agreed upon in the trade request or private messages are binding. Agreements that contradict elitepvpers rules or conventions are always invalid!

Selling products on external websites with automated delivery systems is not allowed. See #5.2 for exceptions.

When offering hacks or cheats, it is mandatory that a screenshot or video is linked or embedded, where the UI can be seen.

We reserve the right to act on suspicion!

2. TBM-Ratings:

You are not allowed to give ratings for free offers or raffles.

It is not allowed to rate an elite*gold transaction and additionally a trade request for the same trade.

Ratings without a corresponding trade are not allowed.

Ratings are voluntary and cannot be enforced. This applies to written feedback in trade topics as well!

In general, any abuse of the rating system is strictly forbidden. When trading, the focus should always be the trade, not the rating. We reserve the right to intervene on suspicion and remove any ratings that have been pushed.

3. Forbidden Trades:

Offers/Requests that violate our global board rules

Goods and services that are acquired by illegal means or use illegal methods, this also applies for server files

Goods that are unlimitedly available for free to everyone at the time of trading

Accounts, software, and keys you do not have a voucher for (be it a scanned document or a digital voucher); the voucher has to be handed off to the buyer!

Offers/Requests without a specific return (Example: "Offering 50 elite*gold, searching anything)

Information, guides and such. elitepvpers stands for a free exchange of knowledge! Learn more about why we do not allow information trading

Selling streaming accounts (Netflix, Spotify etc.) in large quantities, i.e. account shops (this also applies to trial accounts!)

The Sale of random Keys and Accounts

Loans. Handing out or requesting loans is undesired on elitepvpers.

Investment services. Every service that is based on receiving money from a customer to invest this money or to bet on something is considered an investment service. Services like analyzing services, consulting services, and bet tip services are allowed.

The sale of accounts where payments can be made and which contain personal data (such as PayPal, Skrill, Amazon or eBay). If you are not sure whether it is such a payment service provider account, please feel free to ask at any time.

4. Rules For Posting:

You cannot bump threads by replying to them. Please use the button labeled "Bump" for this. If you want to give status updates (e.g. about our online status), we recommend editing those into your first post.

Post only if you are interested in a trade or if you can constructively contribute to the topic.
Please ensure, that your feedback is always given a reason.

Meaningless posts (e.g. one-word posts like “Scammer”) are considered spam and violate our rules.

Unless there is an accepted trade request, accusations without proof of payment and meaningful evidence (such as screenshots or videos), will not be tolerated and deleted without prior notice.

If you want to post negative feedback, please take a look at #1.1.

Advertising your service (e.g. Middleman, Bailing/"Trusting") in another thread without the thread-starter explicitly asking for it is not allowed.

Bumping other users' threads is forbidden.

5. Trade requests:

Requesting a trade is mandatory in all Black Market forums that support this feature (i.e. everywhere except middleman and freebies).
See The Black Market Glossary for further details on the request a trade system.

Selling products or services on external sites is only allowed if the site contains a backlink to elitepvpers.com. Furthermore, automated shop systems (e.g. Sellix) or messenger shops (e.g. Discord) shall meet the following criteria:

Our Trade Request System must be used at all times. Our rules already state that failing to use our Trade System voids any appeal the user(s) may have.

At least 7 to 12 trades must have been processed (started, executed and finalized) beforehand. These must be effected between different persons/users.

You are allowed to create a trade request for vouches, but as stated in rule #2.1 you are not allowed to rate it because you do not receive anything in return.

Requesting vouch/feedback posts and/or trade ratings is only allowed if an actual trade has taken place. When doing so, you may not explicitly ask for positive feedback. Furthermore, it is allowed to reward the buyer for leaving a review, provided that a payment has already been made.
