WAMPServer: "http_d.exe" funktioniert nicht mehr / Error?!

Hi guys,
wenn ich wamp installiere, kommt dieser Fehler:



Nach der Installation ist Apache nicht installiert.
Betriebssystem: Windows 8.1 64-Bit.
Skype wird nicht benutzt.
VCR: Alle aktuell und gecheckt mit check_vcr von wamp direkt:


Eben so folgende Sachen bereits probiert, ohne Erfolg:

Try checking that the Apache and MySQL services are still registered as services.

Look in Windows Services for services called - 'wampapache' and wampmysql'
Or if you have WAMPServer 64bit wampapache64 and wampmysqld64

If they dont exist do the following:
wampmanager -> MySQL -> Service -> Install Service
wampmanager -> Apache -> Service -> Install Service
Then try to restart all services.

Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter, was kann ich tun?

PS: Ich weiß nicht, Hardware isses nicht. Coding auch nicht - richtig hier?
