well im not sure about your issues EXACTLY , but usually when there is a issue like that its normally the "Text Coding" check your pricing file and make sure its "Encoding Style" is set and saved in > UTF-16-LE BOM otherwise the gameserver can not read the codes but the shard manager can so that's why it shows up in the game but the server can not read the codes to execute them . hope this helps
