because already everywhere low cap servers . people looking for A GOOD HİGH CAP SERVER . BECAUSE THERE İSNT ANY GOOD SERVER HİGH CAP .

High cap = More new skils - Better balance for china chars - More fun - More stronger items and maybe few things more better than low cap...
