Are people still playing on server with 50 people instead of merging into 1 big server?

Must have a "Noobie" assistance system if that's a thing where we can easily ask/PM someone if ever we need assistance or ask questions 24/7

All items should be available for purchase for low prices on shops/NPC so we don't have to bother with all the alchemy crafting thing
Low pc Limit
Less GRINDING AND FARMING if possible since its a HIGH RATE
if race war is available, prefer no camping on entrances/exits(they can put custom teleports to places to prevent this. idk)

NO AVENGER BOSS ex. Thor, Hulk and some other ones(why are they even here in SR?)
ABSOLUTELY NO BOTS
NO CUSTOM GLOWS
GM being another player and has items that advantages to everyone
No BUGS that can be EXPLOITED
No Donate items
NO custom/FANCY WING AVATAR WITH STATS that your character starts flying prefer to have none of those
Spawn rate of mobs/monsters should not be too low or too high
Don't want any of those custom flashy avatars ex. spider-man, Kirito sword skin, Tokyo ghoul etc.
NO rebirth system
NO Coin system
No need for questing
MOVE-SPEED of character should not be really FAST where you can reach Jangan from tiger mountain in just 4 secs, speed should be average/normal.

I am looking for a server which has lots of boss uniques and big competition with lots of guilds ksing each other, hope it's a long term. I play for years, not for months. Hope the server must be original as well, no edit at all. (I'm a kind of hunter of uniques)

Searching for a server that has seriously balanced eu-ch, especially for str characters. I don't want to play "wizard online" I want to play with every character. Slapping a 20% buff on chinese characters doesn't solve the issue at all. Wizard has 25% life control with almost 2k atk buff, Rogue has 75% damage buff. How the hell can 20% buff match up with those. Cap is not important. Exp rate +30x and unlimited reverse scroll. Everything else is fine. I don't want ch only servers because they don't do balancing at all thinking all chinese characters are equal however it's not.
