active jobbing (which means it's worth doing it)

basicly i want to grind alot and get items from it. i want to be able to put a bot when im not there for some progress but i dont want a bot server. and without rebirths or coins. i wanna use my job to get money and buy items from people.

No bots, low cap, low exp rates (max 5x or so), quest based (better rewards), level limiting for attacking uniques.
